Exclusive: 8 Victoria's Secret Models Share Their Favourite Healthy Breakfasts
What do all Victoria's Secret models have in common? Other than genetically blessed features and legs that go for miles, they also happen to be a fount of fitness and health knowledge (keeping their bodies in tip-top shape is their job, after all). With that in mind, we went backstage the day of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (and, in Stella Maxwell's case, the launch of the brand's new Wicked fragrance) and asked a handful of VS's most in-demand runway stars what they eat first thing in the morning. We were met with a multitude of answers ranging from the expected (eggs, obviously) to the more surprising. Spoiler: There's one breakfast, in particular, that seems to be a near-universal favourite.

Favourite healthy breakfast: "If I'm in China, I'll never be healthy, because we always eat so much congee and noodles and soy milk! When you wake up, the first step is to drink warm water with honey and after that have fresh fruit like apples and oranges."
Model: Taylor Hill
Favourite healthy breakfast: "If I really want to eat healthy, I start with oatmeal and some sort of protein—like bacon and eggs."
