6 Muscle-Soothing Products for When You're Sore Beyond Belief

As someone who isn’t exactly a fitness class regular, I have a lot of experience with sore muscles. I stop into yoga only a few times a month and venture to boot camps and spinning classes even less. When I do show up, however, the morning after is rough. I wake up to body aches and even more concrete proof (aside from a trainer yelling it at me while I plank) that I need to “strengthen my core.” So while I’m an exercise novice, I fancy myself a veteran at finding the most soothing, invigorating, and healing products.
