One of the most glorious aspects of being a beauty editor is the number of products we get to take for a test drive. Sure, we'd be lying if we said we weren't constantly surrounded by a mountain of bottles and tubes both in the office and in our apartments, but we approach that mountain eagerly, hiking boots in tow.
Each month, Byrdie editors will be sharing the products within that mountain that stood out the most. Maybe it was a peel that made our skin glow like J.Lo's or a hair mask that brought our dry strands back to life. "Is it possible for your skin to be seriously shook by a new product? Because my pores are so happy with me right now. I can't thank the skin angels enough for dreaming up this facial oil that has literally made my skin glow like no other. I'm not even kidding—I don't think I've ever gone through a bottle faster than this one. My face, specifically my cheek and forehead area, are eternally dehydrated. For this reason, I've always been drawn to face oils because I need something heavier in the hydration category.
