Smoothie bowls do not just come in the form of acai and berries as Molly Sims teaches us. The model and mother of two shares a deliciously green smoothie bowl recipe that is thick, creamy, and combines a triple threat of greens—kale, spinach, and avocado— with sweet strawberries, bananas, and vegan protein ingredients that will keep you full throughout the day. In only five minutes, you’ve got a filling breakfast that takes less time than brewing your cup of coffee and gives you the strength and energy you need without the potential crash. See her healthy recipe (and the very Instagrammable bowl) below!

Green Smoothie Bowl

Yield: 2 servings


½ ripe avocado

2 medium ripe bananas, fresh or frozen

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 large handfuls spinach

1 small handful kale, large stems removed

1 ½ to 2 cups unsweetened hemp milk or coconut water

1 tablespoon hemp seeds




Goji berries

Sunflower seeds

Flax seeds

Sesame seeds


Place all of the ingredients (minus the toppings) for the smoothie into a blender and blend until it is creamy and smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls and then start decorating with your desired toppings.
