This Actress Just Got Super Candid About Overdoing It on Fillers

The pressures of Hollywood are beyond intense (yes, we can say that with utmost certainty, even though we’ve never been, and likely never will be, famous). Think about it—if the whole world had access to high-res photos of you and seemed to use them for the sole purpose of critiquing your appearance, might you feel the need to change? That’s the sad reality for many celebrities.

Courteney Cox knows this firsthand. In an interview with New Beauty, Cox opened up about all things beauty, including how ageing in the spotlight just compounds on former insecurities and hyperawareness of flaws. “Hollywood makes it hard; this business makes it harder. I grew up thinking appearance was the most important thing. That as long as I looked ok, I would be ok, which got me into trouble,” Cox said.
