It's safe to say that celebrity personal trainers are in a complete league of their own. Maybe it's just the fact that Hollywood's finest can afford to pay someone to whip them into shape on the regular, but the bodies that these trainers are able to help their famous clients sculpt are mind-boggling. If we had it our way, one of these trainers would be on speed dial to help us daily (and maybe a personal chef could cook us a clean meal on command too), but until we reach celeb status, we'll have to settle for following their tips on our own. To help this process along, we got in touch with some of the top celebrity trainers, responsible for notable attributes like Carrie Underwood's legs and Julianne Hough's abs, to give us their number one fitness tips they want everyone to know.
