Live longer. It’s safe to say we all share this one common goal. So, we all try to eat our green veggies, sleep at least eight hours a night, and work out more—all of which is great, but if you really want to live longer, there’s only one thing you need to do more of. It’s something you already do every day, and it doesn’t require a trip to the supermarket, an earlier bedtime, or a gym membership. All you have to do is walk.
