Have You Been Taking Supplements Wrong This Whole Time?

Here at Byrdie HQ, we're obsessed with supplements. We've seen firsthand the positive effects those tablets have on our mood, hair, nails, skin, health, and wellness. Truly, the list goes on and on. There are a few beautifying vitamins that are, according to nutritionists and dermatologists, totally overrated, as well as tons of options that have over 1000 positive reviews on Amazon (I know, yowza). And now, there's some more interesting information coming into the mix.

According to Well + Good, supplement sprays are actually better for you than the traditional pill forms. Aside from being much easier to ingest (choking down some of those large pills twice a day can be troublesome), spraying the product under your tongue or through your skin actually helps the nutrients to better absorb into your body. It actually sounds pretty genius.
