Shop the Drugstore Eyeshadow Palette Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Loves
There are many elements of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's beauty look I try to emulate on the regular. Her perfectly undone waves, impossible cheekbones—even her impeccable brows—but top of the list has got to be those signature bee-stung lips. 'Til now I've always thought the only chance I stood of mirroring RHW's naturally voluptuous pout was via a needle. (Or an obsessive reapplication of these all-natural lip plumpers.) However, as it turns out, even genetically blessed Rosie has secrets to helping her lips look their fullest.
In a new "get ready" video filmed with makeup artist Lisa Eldridge and hairstylist George Northwood (aka the man responsible for every major chop RHW has ever had), Rosie shares a few simple hacks she uses to maximise the look of her lips. Her first tip seems too simple to do much, but IMO it's worth acknowledging. "One of my tricks is to always have really hydrated lips," she says. While I'm not saying a dab of balm will double the size of your pout, parched lips do appear smaller than they actually are. Next, Rosie reaches for lip liner in a shade close to her natural lips, which she says she "wear[s] nearly every day—even without lipstick". When opting for a darker lip colour (as she does in this video) the model still sticks with a nude liner for natural-looking definition. To apply the liner, RHW follows the shape of her lips, paying careful attention to the cupid's bow. In the video you'll notice the lip balm blends the liner as she applies it, further enhancing the believably full effect.

If your lips are on the thinner side, don't fret—there's another amazing takeaway from Rosie's makeover video. If you've watched the video the whole way through (which I highly recommend BTW), you'll notice that the soft silver-flecked nude eye Eldridge creates for Rosie comes courtesy of a drugstore eyeshadow palette. (See: Bourjois Smoky Stories Quad in Good Nude.) The good bit? You can pick up the same one at Priceline for just $24.
