A new study from Kettle & Fire's The Great Diet Debate aimed to find the answers to these often-asked questions. Researchers polled over 2,500 regular dieters to summarize their thoughts on four of today’s most practiced diets: gluten-free, Paleo, vegetarian, and vegan.
