The Surprising Workout That Makes Lily Collins Feel Empowered
It looks like her new bold hair isn't the only fearless thing about Lilly Collins. In a recent interview with The Coveteur, The Last Tycoon star talks all things beauty, her new series, and reveals a surprising tidbit regarding her favourite workout. While many of us find group exercise of the dance variety a bit intimidating at first, Lily embraced how enjoyable it can be even if she isn't a pro dancer. "I recently started doing some dance classes at Body by Simone, which were really fun. You feel really empowered, and it’s fun even if you don’t know all the dance moves," she says.
The confident 29-year-old also definitely has a thing for group classes because yoga is another favourite of hers. "I find the [workout] class culture very inclusive and fun, and very motivating. I got into yoga, which I had never really been into before. I’ve gone to some incredible classes that blast hip-hop and pop while you’re doing intense yoga. I’ve never been so sweaty in my life!
