Work Out in the Morning
We love getting our sweat session in early in the morning. It boosts your metabolism first thing and puts your body in fat-burning mode. Plus, getting your workout done early means you don’t have to worry about it for the rest of the day! Eat Lean, Clean, and Green
This is one of the main principles of our Tone It Up Nutrition Plan. When it comes to your diet, stick to whole, natural fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. Hit the Bars Wisely
Part of life is enjoying yourself! We love meeting up with our gal pals for a glass of wine. In order to stay on track and still have fun, we alternate every alcoholic drink with water. After one glass of wine, we have an entire glass of water. This will not only help cut down the amount of alcohol you drink, but it’ll also reduce your chance of getting a hangover—and missing your morning workout. Limit yourself to one to two glasses of wine with your pals.
Switch Up Workouts
Keep your body guessing by mixing up your exercise. This is one of the best ways to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism. We have tons of workouts (as well as new ones posted every Tuesday) on Tone It Up. Try something new each day!

Life can get hectic, but it’s so important to make time for yourself. Set your workout to be at a certain time every day that works for you. Make it a reoccurring appointment in your phone’s calendar, and think of it as an important meeting you can’t miss! Same goes for picking up healthy groceries and meal prepping. The more you plan ahead, the better your results will be!
