Since Beyoncé began living #ThatHealthyLife, we've seen her dabble in different areas of wellness. First, there was her vegan moment (which inspired the launch of an animal-friendly food delivery service), and now she's repping Ivy Park in a big way. In anticipation of the activewear brand's new collection, Bey just shared a fitness-inspired teaser video on Instagram. In the clip, Beyoncé gives us a peek into her workout routine via behind-the-scenes footage. As expected, she puts in a solid amount of dance practice, but she also does yoga, strength training and even hits the treadmill. Aside from her surprisingly normal exercise regime (apart from all that dancing, obvi), Bey offers a sterling piece of advice on how she keeps herself motivated.

Turns out Bey is big into visualisation—a motivational mind trick that works by distracting you from temporary pain and/or the urge to give up. "Even when my throat is burning and my lungs feel like they’re drowning, sweat is stinging my eyes, my feet feel like they’re gonna explode…when I’m about to give up, I picture that one person I love more than anyone, and I imagine myself running toward them," she says. If her incredibly fit body is anything to go by, we'd say Beyoncé's #1 workout tip works. The next time we hit the treadmill we'll definitely have her sage advice in mind.
