11 Beauty Products Influencers With Perfect Skin Always Use
Fashion week is one of, if not *the*, busiest of the year for fashion and beauty influencers alike. Sure, there are hair and makeup directors and designers to visit backstage and shows to attend, but there's also work to be done. (Usually powered by nothing more than several espresso, a few precious hours of shut-eye and maybe a champagne or two.)
Still, despite the long hours and lack of sleep, our favourite influencers manage to stay glowy and flawless. How? (!!) We reached out to them for the products they rely on for perfect skin when they need it most. (We figure if these buys can perform under MBFWA pressure, they'll work for us any old time.)

"I’ve always used plain rosehip oil on my skin but now my favourite body oil brand Butter Elixir has brought out a lighter oil especially for the face ($66)—it’s mostly rosehip, argan and apricot kernel oil. It saves me on planes. I use it every day as soon as I wake up, before I go to bed and right after I shower.
A lot of fashion week is spent standing around outside, so Dermalogica’s Solar Defense Booster SPF 50 ($69) is a must.
I love using organic products and RMS’ Living Luminiser ($57) is so good to just smear along your lashlines in two seconds, no mirror needed. It makes you look fresh and awake even when you’re zonked."
"During MBFWA, I'm usually doing 15 hour days every day. I like to call it the most glamorous, unglamorous week of the calendar year! So to keep my skin looking fresh and feeling hydrated, I keep SK-II's Mid Day Miracle Essence ($75) in my bag. Applied under or over the top of makeup, it's an absolute life saver.
It doesn't matter if I'm sitting front row at fashion week or backstage with the hair and makeup teams—I'm never far from my lip balm. Lanolips' 101 Ointment ($18) is my go-to and a beauty editor's top buy.
Under the lights, my skin can become oily—especially by the afternoons. To stop my skin from turning into an oil slick, I keep Chanel's Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder SPF 15 ($84) in my purse. It eliminates oil but leaves my complexion looking natural and not at all powdery, which can look ageing."
"Aesop's Fabulous Face Cleanser ($31) is the perfect travel-sized cleanser. It ensures my skin is cleansed each evening and feeling fresh.
Not a day goes by that I don't use my Clarisonic! It's the perfect tool to cleanse my skin of excess makeup.
Sothys Energising Booster Serum is the most incredible serum or fixing dehydrated and dull skin. It revitalises my skin and keeps it glowing."
"They're not isolated to fashion week, but I get regular Light Therapy Facials at the Melanie Grant clinic in Double Bay. I also had my first laser facial the other week to assist with some pigmentation concerns which made a huge improvement.
As it’s going to be quite an intense schedule (I’m buying for The UNDONE as well as attending shows), I’ll be using lots of illuminator to fake a glowing complexion! I’ve just added Estee Lauder’s Bronze Goddess Summer Glow Illuminator ($50) to my daily line up of products—it’s warm-toned and I can easily add into my foundation."
